New Bleaching process

    GWT 1695  is a new type of non-silicon low phosphorus high efficiency hydrogen peroxide stabilizer, which can completely replace sodium silicate and chelating agent. At the same time, it has a strong chelating ability for metal ions (such as iron, copper, manganese, etc.), and can form stable complexes with metal ions to reduce the decomposition of hydrogen peroxide. In addition, GWT 1695 can also inhibit the formation of scale in the pulping process, effectively improve the system running time and improve efficiency.


     GWT 1695 was tested in a mechanical pulp line, using poplar as raw material with ANDRITZ pulp machine. please check these date as below.

In conculsion, GWT 1695 can completely replace chelating agents and sodium silicate, the entire stage of the pulping whiteness is within the qualified range, and stable. From the data, the multifunctional additive GWT 1695 is helpful to the reduction of hydrogen peroxide consumption. The whole pilot test process is stable and the whiteness fluctuation is small. The amount of hydrogen peroxide is reduced from 72L/min to 63L/min, and the amount of ton pulp is saved by about 40KG/ ton.
